Whiteaker Yacht Sales and Mike Fauser aided us not only in selecting the right boat, but in the negotiations.  We also required numerous documents which were also arranged.  When we knew we were going to get the boat, I contacted numerous riggers in the area in Bradenton and St. Petersburg, Florida.  They asked where the boat was and who was the broker,  the response was always,  “You’re lucky, you got one of the best” or  “He’s one of the good ones.”   I believe it is Mike’s positive outlook, attention to details, and low pressure approach that facilitated our purchase.
