Of all the brokers we have dealt with, Nancy Ballard at Whiteaker Yacht Sales is above all the rest. We originally listed our boat with another firm to no avail.  Knowing Nancy personally, we knew she was a skilled sailor and an avid boat person.  We did not know the extent of her skills and knowledge until we enlisted her to sell our yacht.  If we did not know better, one would believe she was selling her own vessel.  We truly believe, if it were not for Nancy, we would still own our yacht.  Nancy helped us in so many ways on a personal level.
