While no houseboat is maintenance-free, we take every step to ensure that maintenance time is minimal.  Everything from the vinyl floors to the gel-coated surfaces is designed to wipe-and-go for easy cleaning. We've eliminated much of the high maintenance gadgetry found in other houseboats and use reliable, low-maintenance Yamaha four-stroke outboards for a very economical lifetime cost of ownership.  Everything we do is for the leisure of it.
