2007 Meridian 490 Pilothouse

The Pilothouse can be accessed through sliding doors on both the port and starboard sides. While underway the pilothouse offers a comfortable air conditioned area for you and your guest to enjoy a day on the water. The wrap around helm station allows easy access to all the controls and the versatile helm seat located at the centerline offers good visibility for the captain. Behind the helm seat is a wraparound leather bench  with an expandable table. To starboard is the electrical panel hidden from view behind a beautiful cherry wood cabinet. 

Down four steps from the pilothouse is the Main Salon, this beautiful area is surrounded by large windows offering excellent visibility throughout. To starboard is a large L shaped couch which converts into a double bed and a beautiful wood coffee table. Across to port is a single chair with ottoman and a small granite end table. Cherry wood cabinets line the port side of the main salon offering abundant storage space. Centrally located is the entertainment center offering a flat screen tv and sound system.

Opened to the main salon the Galley layout is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying your guest at the same time. A large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, trash compactor and granite countertop will make the chef feel right at home. Numerous cabinets throughout the galley provide great storage.

The two staterooms are located a few steps down from the main salon. Forward is the Master Stateroom with a centerline queen berth and ensuite head with a large soaking tub and shower. A custom cedar lined closet offers plenty of room for clothes, shoes and accessories. 

The Second Stateroom has a double berth and ample storage for your guest. The second head for this cabin doubles as the day head and is located across the hallway.

Uniquely designed and near the forward stateroom is another room housing upper and lower bunk beds, perfect for the kids on board. When not in use this area makes for a great dressing room or extra storage area.

The Flybridge and Deck area can be easily accessed from the pilothouse by walking up four steps or by a ladder located in the rear cockpit area. This area is perfect to enjoy the outdoors, rather underway or sitting at a marina the panoramic views will offer you and your guest hours of enjoyment. The upper helm station is fully loaded with all the equipment found at the pilothouse helm. To port is a large L shaped settee and across to starboard is a chaise style couch for lounging.
