INTERIOR LAYOUT

The interior layout is unbeatable featuring a spacious main salon with great headroom, there is a nav station/chart table to Starboard and a galley with plenty of storage to Port.

This layout sports 2 large double cabins- one fore and the other aft to Starboard. There is a spacious main salon with large dinette to Starboard and a huge credenza to Port. The galley is a laterally arranged to Port with a spacious full bathroom just aft on the Port side. 

MASTER STATEROOM

The large master cabin is situated forward with a large double V berth and an opening hatch overhead. There is tons of storage including overhead under berth storage, hanging lockers on the Starboard and Port side and smart hinged storage compartments along the walls above the berth.

MAIN SALON

The Main salon features a U-shaped settee and dining table to Starboard that comfortably seats 6-8. There is storage beneath the settee with the battery storage under the aft settee next to the Nav station. There is hinged storage compartments above the settee.

Adjacent to the U-shaped settee is a beautifully varnished credenza to Port with hinged storage compartments above and cabinets below. There is a safe mounted for valuables and easy access to inspect the chainplates. 

GALLEY

The Linear galley is situated to Port and boasts tons of counter-space for meal prep and entertaining. There is a 2 burner, gimbaled, propane stove with oven, a stainless steel double sink, and a top-loading Isotherm refrigerator.

There is storage beneath the galley counters and hinged storage compartments above the galley countertops. 

NAV/COMMUNICATION STATION

The Nav station and Electrical Panel are located to Starboard just aft of the dining settee and adjacent of the galley. There is a comfortable desk with storage and access to the VHF and the main electrical panel.

AFT GUEST STATEROOM 

Located to Starboard just aft of the Nav Station is the Guest Stateroom complete with a double berth, under berth storage, hanging locker on and hinged storage compartments along the wall above the berth. 

HEAD 

The large Head is located to Port aft of the Galley. There is a new Raritan PHII manual Marine toilet and a retractable shower-head at the sink basin. 

COCKPIT

The Bavaria 38 features an open and inviting aft cockpit - perfect for entertaining yet functional for shorthanded sailing. The walk around helm is complete with engine controls and Navigational instrumentation.

Seating and cockpit sole feature newly caulked teak. Aft of the helm is the super functional Walk-truth transom. The sugar scoop/inverted transom serves as a swim platform and features a new hot/cold transom shower.   

The cockpit is covered by a new Canvas bimini and dodger.  

There is ample storage in the cockpit with Port and Starboard cockpit lockers and a vented Propane locker. 

Second Wind is equipped with a custom ARCH featuring integrated davits and topped with a platform ready for solar and wind.
