"Xanadu" is the popular Oceanis 381 with a two-cabin and one-head layout as follows:
From Forward:
Large V-berth with a settee to port and a vanity/sink to starboard. Hanging locker and natural light and opening ports (rebuilt with new gaskets, latches and Lexan '21) as well as the fixed forward facing Lexan window (also new).
The main salon is next with a C-shaped dinette to starboard and a straight settee to port. Large teak centerline dinette table. Dinette and bette cushions are covered in an attractive teal colored fabric and are in excellent condition - it should also be noted that all of the opening ports have been rebuilt with new gaskets, latches and tinted Lexan in January '21 - all hatches and ports have sun shades - 6'6" headroom
Next aft to port is the L-shaped galley with double stainless steel sink facing forward and stove/oven outboard. There is a top loading freezer and front loading refrigerator. Abundant storage.
Across to starboard is the sit-down, forward facing navigation station. AC/DC electrical panels as well as the air conditioner control, fire extinguisher, windlass breaker, battery monitor and bend new ('21) JVC bluetooth stereo system can all be found here.
The head is aft of the navigation station (starboard) and features an electric freshwater flushing toilet, which was new June '18 but completely disassembled, cleaned and serviced May '21. The sink faucet was new December '20
The aft cabin it to port with a hanging locker and access to the rear of the engine.
Engine access is under the companionway stairs.
There are 12-volt fans in each cabin. All interior lights converted to LED. Interior shows in very nice condition - bilge is spotless, as noted in the photo section. She is turn-key and ready to go cruising today!

XANADU is a very well maintained Oceanis 381 with very low hours. She has always been well maintained and has lacked for nothing. She has just returned from a 6 month cruise to the Bahamas and is ready to go back again - she is a pleasure to show inside and out. If you are looking for a very nice 2 stateroom yacht you must include XANADU on your list.
