Main Salon

The spacious main salon features the classic, easy-to-use fold up dinette table that can be accessed from both the port and starboard settees and a sit-down chart table. The starboard settee can be converted to a pull out double berth. The settees feature attractive, durable fabric that is in great condition. 

Main salon w/L-shaped pull-out double settee berth to starboard, single settee berth to port, teak cabinets & book shelves outboard of both settees. Large stowage areas behind & under each settee. Cedar lined hanging locker w/shelf over. Deluxe drop leaf table folds against bulkhead rack (w/bottle stowage) for unobstructed 4' wide varnished teak & holly sole. Large overhead hatch, numerous opening ports, deck vents & overhead handrails

Master Stateroom 

Located forward in the V,   you'll find a very comfortable and private stateroom which includes private access to the head. This is not your typical V-berth but a convenient pullman berth set off to starboard. There's a nice hanging locker and more clothing storage on the port side of the stateroom.

Large double Pullman berth w/teak shelves outboard, stowage under. Dressing seat, cedar lined hanging locker w/shelf over, bureau w/shelf over. Two opening ports plus overhead hatch, deck vent, varnished teak & holly sole.

Three density foam mattress covered in premium sunbrella fabric, new 2013. 

Head 

The head, is located to starboard and has roomy space to shower and features convenient dual-access so that it can be entered from the master stateroom or from the main salon.

Forward head w/shower (electric drain pump), GROHE showerhead, teak trim, curtain on track, large vanity with polished stainless steel sink, teak shower seat, storage cabinets, opening port & an overhead hatch, toothbrush holder w/cup, toilet paper holder, integral recessed lighting.

Galley

As you descend the stairs from the cockpit immediately to starboard  is a very safe and chef-friendly U shaped galley. The galley features dual sinks, a propane 2 burner stove and oven, a microwave and a cavernous refrigerator box. The galley offers quick and easy access to the companionway makes serving crew in the cockpit a breeze.

Guest stateroom

Aft and to port is another private and roomy double berth with another hanging locker and nice storage.

Aft cabin w/privacy door to main cabin. Large athwartship double berth w/teak shelf outboard, integral overhead reading lights, stowage lockers under. Cedar lined hanging locker w/shelf over, bureau w/shelf over, two opening ports plus overhead hatch, varnished teak & holly sole.

• In 2013, the old “ice box” design was converted to the current refrigerator/freezer setup by installing 4-6” or more of insulation inside, sealing off drain and insulation with fiberglass panels, installing  divider and rebuilding top door to a 6” thick, insulated and double sealed door. Estimated expense for this was $9000.  
• Freezer has two systems, one is Technautics CoolBlue 13” X 24” holding plate and the other is an Isotherm L-shaped evaporator plate installed in 2016.  
• Refrigerator has a single Isotherm holding plate with exterior control-This setup has plenty of storage space and still allows for freezer temps to be maintained below 10 degrees and refrigerator temps below 38 degrees in the Bahamas all year long, with minimal power draw.

I had the old one removed due to continuous problems, which removed ~350 pounds of dead weight and created more space in the lazarette. New PSS dripless shaft seal installed 2014. All fluids and filters regularly checked and changed per manufacturer’s recommendations. Impellor replaced regularly. In 2016/2017 replaced fuel pump, high temp alarm at helm, thermostat, temp gauge at helm, engine temp sensor, wiring from engine temp sensor to temp gauge at helm, heat exchanger, core, all hoses from raw water pump to heat exchanger, and mixing elbow (approx. $4000). Tachometer replaced 2010, previous one showed 1500 hours.  

• Racor® 500 Series fuel filter/water separator, jacketed fuel lines w/swedged ends, auxiliary electric fuel pump w/momentary switch for servicing
