Hunter 40.5 was conceived as a comfortable cruising boat as well as a tough competitor on the racing days. "Blown Away" blends comfort, performance and short handed sailing capabilities all in one package. Her powerful rig, swept back spreaders and large mainsail enhance her performance, while her bulb keel keeps her stable, comfortable and shallow in draft.

NAV station is to starboard and forward facing with a teak chart table with hinged top, storage and a dedicated cushioned seat.

Main salon has an U shaped settee to port and straight setting to starboard. Two large shelf lockers with a shelf between outboard of settee backs port and starboard. Two whole side port, skylights and multiple deck hatches. Exceptionally light, bright airy.

Guest forward stateroom has a large double berth, 4 drawers, hanging locker. Guest head is adjacent with vanity, head and shower.
