Cockpit & Companionway: The cockpit is large but not too large for offshore sailing. It is well protected by a dodger and bimini. There is a large lazarette under the port cockpit seat with plenty of storage room plus access to the engine and batteries (the engine is also accessed from the main cabin). There are two smaller lockers under the aft cockpit seat, one for storage and one for the LPG tanks. All halyards, reefing lines and furling lines lead to the cockpit. Entry to the cabin is easy by way of large platform steps. The steps and vertical engine partition are removable for easy engine access. The interior is well-illuminated and finished in teak.
Main Salon: features ample seating on two settees. The L-shaped settee to port converts to a 6'6" queen-size berth. To starboard is a 6' long settee. There is plenty of storage available in this area, including bins behind and beneath the settees. The salon is well lit and well ventilated with hatches and port-lights. The twin-leaf dining table folds up against the bulkhead for additional room. There is bottle storage built into the table bulkhead.
Owner's Stateroom: Is forward of the salon and has a queen-size pullman-style berth to port, generous shelving and lockers outboard, (3) drawers and (2) lockers, with shelves under the berth. Under the mattress is a very large storage area. To starboard is a large cedar-lined hanging locker and a vanity table with mirror and a swing out seat. Behind the vanity mirror is a cabinet with two large shelves for storage.
Owner's Head (Forward): There is a separate shower stall, enclosed with a plexiglass door. There is a separate wash basin and toilet. Both the shower and the sink have hot and cold pressure water. There is an ample amount of storage for towels and bathroom supplies. Forward of this head is a very large anchor/storage locker where the anchor, chain, and fenders can be stored. Underneath is a holding tank for the forward head. The holding tank is plumbed with a Y-valve that can be easily adjusted to pump into the tank or directly overboard where permitted. This entire section forms a watertight bulkhead, a very important safety consideration.
Galley: Aft of the main salon and to port is the L-shaped galley. There is a deep stainless steel sink, large refrigerator/freezer, LPG stove with oven/broiler. There is ample storage for all kitchen utensils, many drawers and bins, storage under the stove and under the sink for pots, pans, and cleaning supplies.
Aft Head: We’ve located the aft head where it’s convenient to the cockpit. It has two doors, with one connecting to the aft cabin and one to the salon, so it can be accessed from either area without disturbing the other’s occupants. The aft head is outfitted with a shower.
Aft Cabin: The same kind of comfort and convenience is provided in the aft stateroom, with its aft berth and large hanging locker. The aft cabin berth is big enough for guests or can be used as a convenient sea berth.
