Accommodations

The shoal draft Tartan 3700 is famous for blending a high performance cruising sailboat with luxurious accommodations. "Black Pearl" has an elegant Majestic Blue hull that is offset by white decks with sand non-skid. Her interior, finished in impeccable cherry wood is exceptionally warm and inviting making you feel "at home" instantly. Her interior is spacious with seven opening stainless steel ports in the main salon providing plenty of light and ventilation. Her teak and holly sole is in excellent condition. Reverse cycle air and heat system keeps you cool when it's hot, and warm when the nights get cold.

Master Stateroom: Private forward cabin is very spacious with a vanity and sink to starboard. A pass-through doorway is mounted on the bulkhead to open up the cabin and add visual depth to the salon. There are 2 opening stainless steel ports and 2 opening hatches to provide light and ventilation. The spacious V berth has a storage compartment underneath along with drawer storage. Reading lights are mounted on each side of the cabin. To port is a cedar hanging locker.

Salon: Settees to port and starboard with seating for up to six around the centerline drop-leaf table. The starboard settee can convert to a double berth. Beautiful cherry cabinetry is found behind each settee.

Nav Station: Forward facing chart table with integral storage is found to port and aft of the salon area. Her dedicated seat makes for a comfortable work station. Ample space for current and future navigational needs. The electrical panel is adjacent to port.

Head: The head is located aft of the nav station on the port side. It is spacious and bright with a separate stall shower with plexiglass enclosure, head with y-valve and macerator, and vanity with sink and ample cabinetry for bath necessities.

Guest Stateroom: Aft to starboard the guest cabin has a queen-size berth, four opening ports for excellent ventilation, one opening hatch, cedar hanging locker, under berth storage and hullside shelf storage.
