Accommodations

Designed by Ed Monk, it's easy to see why the 44 is Tollycraft's most popular model! This boat would make an excellent liveaboard boat. If you're looking for a winter home or vacation get away, this could be the perfect solution.

MASTER STATEROOM: Centerline queen berth with mirrored bureau and hanging locker to port. To starboard is another hanging locker, a bureau with six drawers, storage beneath the bed, and an ensuite bath with electric head, marble countertops, mirrored bulkhead, generous storage and a walk-in shower with enclosure. Five large portlights provide a light, airy feeling.

SALON: The salon is 3 steps up from the master stateroom and is spacious and bright. The L-shaped sofa pulls out to form a queen bed. A barrel chair and two matching stools provide additional seating. A hi-lo teak table doubles as a dining table or a coffee table. The entertainment center is along the port side and has TV/VCR, stereo, ice maker, liquor cabinet and ships electrical panel, all of which can be hidden behind sliding teak doors. A lower helm station is to starboard by the sidedeck door and has electronic Micro-Commander controls and is set up to run the boat in extreme inclement weather.

GALLEY: Forward and down 3 steps from the salon is the U-shaped galley. From here the chef is still part of the party. Adjacent is the roomy dinette which can convert to a double berth. There is additional storage under the dinette seating and also in a hullside cubby.

GUEST STATEROOM: Guests and crew will enjoy the king-size V-berth with filler. There are shelves to port and starboard with mirrors above, ample drawer and locker space under the berth, and large hanging locker with bureau top. The ensuite head has a marble vanity, mirrored bulkhead, ample locker storage, shower and an electric head.

SUN DECK: Everyone will enjoy gathering here for sundowners and happy hour. The hard topped aft deck is the place to be on a nice day. There are four comfortable lounge chairs and a bench seat with storage beneath. A Sunbrella surround curtain below the rail provides privacy and spray protection.

BRIDGE DECK: Up 3 steps to the fully enclosed bridge. Three captains chairs provide comfortable seating along with a bench/lounge with storage beneath. There is also ample storage under the helm.

COCKPIT: Down the ladder from the aft deck is the convenient and functional cockpit which facilitates ease of docking, is a great fishing platform, or just a cozy place to sit in the sun and relax. The transom door to the swim platform makes "dinghying" a breeze!

DECKS: The exterior is as maintenance free as a yacht can be; no teak, stainless steel handrails and fiberglass decks. The decks are wide for safety and ease of line handling. Regardless of dock height, the boat can easily be exited from either the salon deck or the cockpit.

Brokers Comments

"Prime Time" has had the good fortune to have had caring owners and thus a symbiotic relationship was forged. She has taken care of them well in their Great Lake travels, in doing "the loop", and on her travels to and around Florida. In return, she has been given only the best of care both mechanically and cosmetically without regard to cost or effort. Seldom will you find a yacht that has traveled afar yet still has that "new boat" look. Prime Time will please the most discerning 1st Mate and her Captain will appreciate her performance and seakindlyness.

Please allow Whiteaker Yacht Sales the opportunity to introduce her to you today!

You may well be surprised as to the sellers consideration of your offer!
