Boat History
The original owner had her for 10 years on Lake Michigan.
The second owner had her for 20 years, also on Lake Michigan and stored inside a heated building and gave her lots of TLC. The current owner purchased her in October of 2010 and brought her to Florida under her own power. He did some redecorating. A recent purchase of a new business makes it unlikely that he will be able to use her as much as he would like and thus the sale.
Additional
This beautiful yacht has spent most of it's life on the Great Lakes, besides being in fresh water, she has been stored in a heated building during the winter months.
The owner has purchased a new business and will not be able to use her as much as he would like. He knows the market and has priced her below her peers, to make her attractive to a knowledgeable Buyer. If you are serious, then this one certainly deserves your attention.
