Accommodations Beginning in the bow is the forward stateroom with a nice sized v-berth and hanging locker and storage to starboard. Immediately aft and to port is a very nice and roomy head. Further aft is the spacious main salon. The dinette table folds up against the forward bulk head which adds to the spaciousness and it also drops down to join the settee on the port side making a large double bed. There are two seats on starboard side with a table in between. This also drops down to make a nice single berth. Forward of that settee is a nice storage area with a roll type door which can hide a TV. Aft of this is the Navigation Station with a swivel seat. Continuing aft on the starboard side is the aft stateroom with a large athwartship double berth and storage compartments. On the port side aft of the main Salon is the galley with plenty of storage space. It is also located next to the companion way so it is equally convenient to the salon and the cockpit.

Broker comments Family obligations have made it difficult for the owners to get good use of the boat so they have reluctantly put the boat on the market. They have given a great deal of care and attention to the boat and it shows. If a Catalina is on your short list, don't buy until you have seen Sea Star, the newest Catalina 36 on the market in Florida. Why buy new when you can get this like new 2003 model at a fraction of the cost.
