popularity of the Catalina 30 Mk III is well deserved. "Sea Rose" is a
nice example of this model. Nicely equipped including Air Conditioning,
Refrigeration, Autopilot, Chartplotter, Full Bimini with Cockpit
Enclosure, and Electric Windlass. She is many things to many different
people. Since all lines lead into the cockpit, she is easy to single
hand. She's a fun racer that can be handled by 2 yet has room for 7 in
the cockpit. She is a nice coastal cruiser that can sleep 6-7 depending
on the size of the crew. And she's a great weekender! Entertain your
friends and family in her comfortable cockpit or the salon. There

Accommodations
Starting forward is a double V-berth with storage beneath.
The head is just aft and to port with a marine toilet, stainless sink, and shower. To starboard is a teak hanging locker with a set of drawers.
Further aft is the main salon with a table that stows against the forward bulkhead for extra room, but comes down to form a large double bed. On the starboard side is a settee with additional storage behind and underneath.
The navigation table is just aft of the settee and includes the AC/DC panel and VHF radio. Behind the nav station is another double berth.
To port is an L-shaped galley with lots of storage and refrigeration box, two burner Hillerange Stove and oven, and double stainless steel sinks.
The cockpit is large and can accommodate 7 adults and has a fold up starboard cockpit table.
