Accommodations
With a massive beam of almost 14 feet, the Morgan 41 provides expansive room below for living & cruising. Starting from forward, the PRIVATE GUEST STATEROOM has cross-over twin berths, new wall coverings, chain locker access, portside shelf, three drawers and a double hanging locker. The ensuite head area has been thoughtfully converted to a much desired work/storage area and also houses the laundry dryer. (All thru hulls remain for easy conversion back to a head if desired. Moving aft the passage way houses a large hanging locker to port just before entry to the salon. The spacious SALON features an L-shaped settee/dining table to starboard (converts to a berth) and a large comfortable settee to port. All new salon cushions, custom hullside cabinetry, shelves and bookcases complete the ease & functionality of this well appointed salon. All interior woodwork is in impeccable condition. Salon teak & holly sole is beautiful. At the starboard aft end of the salon is the sea kindly GALLEY. The design allows for easy communication and food passage to both the salon and cockpit guests. Across from the galley are the companionway steps to the cockpit and a passageway to port which leads aft to the master cabin. Outboard to port is the nav station/work area with abundant storage. There is another storage cabinet on the inboard passageway bulkhead next to the main breaker panel. Just before entering the aft cabin, there is a large hanging locker outboard and the double-door engine room access on the opposite inboard bulkhead. Furthest aft is the MASTER STATEROOM with an athwartship double berth, custom mattress, large double hanging locker, two double door shelf lockers, mirrored cabinet, dressing bench, cockpit access ladder, stern opening ports and private ensuite master head with shower. To complete the below decks ambiance you will find all new lighting throughout, two Weems & Plath oil lamps and a nice brass clock, barometer and humidity display.
