Accommodations

From the bow: Private V berth with filler, bookshelves to port & starboard, 4 drawers under the berth, hanging locker, with shelf above, ensuite access to starboard guest head, large overhead hatch, access to custom chain locker forward.

The guest head has a vanity with s/s sink, bulkhead mirror, 4 storage lockers, and shower w/sump. Across to port is another hanging locker.

Salon has a settee to port that slides out and sleeps 2 in a double berth, entertainment center on the shelf above. Bulkhead mounted table to starboard which drops down and can be made into a large double berth. When the table is stored the L-shaped settee makes into a spacious living room. You will find voluminous storage under and outboard of this settee plus 4 deep lockers above. Salon is light and airy with 2 overhead hatches, 2 opening ports and 2 fixed port lights. You will find a teak & holly sole throughout and new upholstery in the salon, V-berth, and walk-through accommodations.

Next aft to port is the nav station with seat, fliptop chart table surrounded by an upper shelf and integral storage. Galley is to starboard.

Portside walk-through to master stateroom houses a single berth (if needed). There is a door access to the master head from the walkthrough. This area is currently used as a workshop and storage for ???cruising needs???. There are two drawers under the berth as well as battery storage. Large locker aft and a double engine access door to starboard.

Master Stateroom has an athwartship queen berth with drawer storage under. Starboard bureau with hanging locker, 4 drawers, sliding, door locker, dressing seat, and a shelf above to port is a matching arrangement with a larger hanging locker. An aft companionway w/ ladder can be used to access the aft deck. An ensuite head with tub & shower, vanity with s/s sink and 4 lockers nicely compliments this spacious stateroom.

Broker Comments/Other Features
Due to some unique situations "Lady Sunshine" spent her first 10 years of life in dry storage. Thus this "1982" is really a "1992". In 1992 she was carefully re-commissioned, double barrier coated, and put into light use. Current owners purchased her in 2005 and have cruised her throughout the Bahamas twice and then on down to Venezuela and Curacao. She has been well maintained and with her new topsides and deck paint she is undoubtedly one of the nicest 462's available. Please allow us the opportunity to introduce "Lady Sunshine" to you!
