    Accommodations
Step below to a warm inviting interior that is very roomy for a 38 foot boat. The impressive GALLEY is immediately to starboard with good access to both the salon dining area and the cockpit. It has a generous wrap around counter with ample work space, drawers, lockers and laminate lined cabinets. It features a propane stove, microwave oven, double stainless steel sinks, and refrigerator/freezer. Other special features include a slide out trash receptacle, fold-up counter extension, and built-in dish rack.
The SALON is warm and cozy but plenty big enough to entertain guests. The bulkhead mounted table may be either secured up and out of the way or easily lowered to make a large dining area. When lowered it reveals a nice wine and glass storage unit. Both settees are full length for added sleeping area with the port side pulling out to make a nice double berth. As with all Island Packets there is an exceptional amount of storage space including nice storage shelves and cabinets above the settees and tons of storage both behind and beneath the settees. There is also a hanging locker in the salon.
The hinged top NAV STATION is at the aft end of the port side salon settee. You'll find a deluxe well labeled electrical panel for all AC & DC functions and all other breakers. A chart drawer large enough for bound chart packs is provided underneath the settee and there is a handy drawer for navigation tools below the table top.
You’ll love the FORWARD OWNER'S CABIN with a large centerline island berth with access from both sides. The aft half of the berth is mounted on gas support struts and lifts to reveal a large storage area. Two bureaus, under berth drawers and a generous cedar lined hanging locker provide further storage. The cabin has a private door to the head.
The HEAD is generous in size and can be accessed from the forward cabin or the salon. It features a nice size vanity with cabinet below a deep polished oval stainless steel sink. It has a large overhead hatch, opening port, and several lockers for toiletry items, full length mirror and fold down teak shower seat.. An exceptionally nice feature is the clever folding shower stall enclosure that stows against the bulkhead when not in use. It folds out to form an enclosed shower area (no messy shower curtains to deal with).
The AFT CABIN features a very roomy pullman style athwartship bunk. This cabin has another unexpected feature…a hide-away sink. Just push the button and the sink, faucet, and mirror pops up. It’s a great way for guest to freshen up when the head is occupied. It also features a full length mirror and ample storage with a roomy cedar lined hanging locker and drawers.

    Message from the Owners

    A CHANGE OF HEART
When her owners moved from Florida to Central Texas, they couldn't take Lazy Jack along. So, with heavy hearts they have now decided to sell her.
This luxuriously appointed Island Packet 380 is the perfect yacht for safety, comfort and pure cruising fun.
Her first seven years were spent in the Caribbean as the winter home of her Pennsylvania-based owners.  She's a proven blue water sailer with most everything you'll need for an extended offshore passage.
For the past four years, her current owners enjoyed long weekends aboard exploring the Florida Gulf coast from Tampa Bay south to Charlotte Harbor.  She was never chartered. Now it's your turn to write Act III of her story, making this IP380 your weekend getaway, your seasonal home, or your permanent escape to a live-aboard adventure.
