Broker's Comments

Better than new! This yacht is so new it has not yet been named. Purchased new in March of 2006, a change of plans means this beautiful barely used world cruiser is back on the market at $100,000 below replacement value. The 3-year stem-to-stern warranty and the 10-year hull and deck warranty are automatically transferred to the new owner. Less than 200 engine hours. See this yacht before you buy new or used. You will not find a better Island Packet 485 at this price.

  • New bottom paint March 2006
  • "Prop Speed" treatment on prop March 2006
  • Exterior brightwork refinished December 2006
  • Hull & deck waxed December 2006
