Accommodations
Overview: The 45's accommodations are focused on both extended cruising and a comfortable lifestyle when living aboard. The two large double staterooms are well separated for privacy, each with its own head and shower. Expansive central living area provide a gracious setting for entertaining or cruising with family and friends.

Beginning in the forepeak you???ll find an anchor locker with good interior access with a center divider.
The forward head has a marine toilet, shower with curtain (drains w/electric sump pump), teak shower seat, large wrap around counter vanity with polished s/s sink, hot/cold pressure water, unbreakable mirror, numerous storage cabinets. Molded slip resistant sole. Two opening ports and overhead hatch provide great ventilation.
The owner???s forward stateroom spans the entire beam. It has privacy doors to both the head and salon. There is a large offset double berth with teak shelves outboard and overhead, stowage lockers and cedar-lined drawers under. A large cedar lined hanging locker with interior shelf, teak bureau. Ventilation is abundant with four opening ports, overhead hatch, and two deck ventilators.
The main salon with L-shaped settee to starboard that pulls out to make a comfortable double berth, single settee to port, teak cabinets and book shelves outboard both settees. Tremendous storage areas behind and under each settee. Deluxe drop leaf table folds against bulkhead rack (with bottle & glass storage) for unobstructed four foot wide varnished teak and holly sole. Large overhead hatch, numerous ports, two deck vents, and overhead handrails finish the cabin.
The dedicated navigation station features a large table with chart storage tray, nav light, generous nav/electronics cabinets with master electrical panel, storage bins, wet locker and swivel seat.
Aft head has a marine toilet, shower w/curtain, teak seat, large wrap around vanity with polished s/s sink, hot/cold pressure water, unbreakable mirror, plentiful storage cabinets and opening port and overhead hatch. Molded slip resistant sole. The sliding door is conveniently located near the companionway in main salon plus there is private access from the aft stateroom.
The aft stateroom features a very roomy berth with full length teak shelf outboard, stowage lockers under, dressing seat. Generous cedar lined hanging locker, bureau with shelf over, three opening ports, overhead hatch, and varnished teak and holly sole.

Broker Comments
The Island Packet 45 is an excellent cruising boat and Otter II is very well equipped to take you anywhere in the world. However she does need a little work. The brightwork needs to be refinished and the entire boat needs a good compounding and waxing.
