The engineering, design work, and installations are all first rate, and something to be proud of. The 61' mast height gives her the flexivility of using the ICW as an optional cruising ground. Her handsomely finished interior of beige naugahide and off white paneling is accented by custom upholstery and sea green draperies, with laminate teak and holly cabin soles. Many custom teak ventilation louvers were added to the cabinet doors and locker spaces along with teak book shelves and magazine racks.

The cheerful galley is spacious, bright, well ventilated and a pleasure to be in with 360 degrees of view and immediate access to the cockpit. Corian counter tops, loads of well planned storage, upgraded refrigeration and freezer (Sea Frost system) Force 10 stove and oven, Sea Gull water filter spigot at sink and fully air-conditioned throughout. She carries 210 gallons of fresh water and her tanks are in pristine condition.

With three private cabins, two heads, galley up and the option of using the main salon table as a fourth berth (it lowers to make a queen size area for lounging, watching TV or reading) she will sleep eight very comfortably. The designated shower in the starboard hull measures 5'x3'x7'2" height and is truly remarkable in a yacht of this size.

On deck: Great visability from the double wide helm seat, custom teak footrest, teak assist handle, leather wheel cover, Weems and Plath Merkur compass, chartplotter, Tri data instruments, custom bimini top and full cockpit enclosure with Spectra glass panels and custom wind shield, quick-dry cockpit cushions in cadet grey with blue piping. The very best dinghy gantry system and spacious stern, with targa arch, assist pulpits, easy engine access hatches and a hot and cold shower too. A custom mount has been built into the port hull for an outboard motor up to 15 hp. for in port security or those long passages offshore. The anchoring system is really superior, and very easy to handle, bridle hookup is fast, clean and safe. There is a saltwater wash-down pressure hose and nozzle in the anchor locker that can also be switched to fresh water.

Features include: 6KW Mastervolt Wisper generator, Spectra Santa Cruz 15 gph. watermaker, Sentry 40 amp battery charger, Doyle stackpack mainsail system, Doyle ASYM spinnaker with all Harken running gear, Pro Furl genoa, full sun awning from bows to bimini, and Michigan "Sailor" 3 blade props, with two spare 2 blade props. This yacht is in turn key, excellent condition and lovingly maintained.

To commission and outfit a comparable cruising yacht would take many months of dedicated effort and skill, all you need to do is provision "Roam" and sail away!
