Outbound 52
It has always been a difficult decision for sailors…center cockpit or aft cockpit. The Outbound 52 is a Center Cockpit model anyone would love. There is no mile-high cockpit or steep companionway. The Outbound 52 features beautiful lines, low freeboard, lower cockpit, only three step companionway, and moderate displacement. All this AND push button sailing and a helm any sailor would appreciate.
The Outbound 52 was designed with performance, safety, and appearance in mind. The finished product truly accomplishes high marks in all three areas. This boat will take you on a leisurely coastal cruise or island hoping but at the same time can take you around the world and she is sure to handle the adverse and unexpected weather situations you will encounter along the way. This boat is fun, safe, comfortable, and sure to be a hit in any anchorage.
She was designed by Tim Kernan. Tim had 5 years experience with Robert Perry and collaborated with Morelli and Melvin.
