Accommodations
You will love the factory finished custom interior. This 38 is built on the 40' hull, adding to the liveability and storage capability.
Salon: Three steps down from the helm you will find a long entertainment cabinet housing TV and stereo and a built-in liquor cabinet. The counter top provides great space for casual buffet feasts. There is a cabinet with file drawers at the forward end. Hullside shelving is to port, starboard and forward. A Splendide 2100 washer/dryer combo is in a cabinet on the forward bulkhead. There is storage under and behind the L-shaped settee which is upholstered in Dura Touch faux leather. Five large fixed ports bring the outside in! Three overhead hatches with integral screens and suncovers provde ample ventilation. A club chair provides additional seating. The aft bulkhead houses the freezer with bookcase above. The electrical panel is adjacent to starboard. Beautiful teak & holly sole throughout.
The Master Stateroom is located in the starboard hull aft with queen-size berth with memory foam mattress. Built in bookcase, desk with four drawers and cabinets above. Three S/S ports with screens and Peek-A-Boo shades. Caframo 12-volt fan. Engine is easily accessed under berth. Walk-through to forward head houses a custom triple-door hanging locker with six drawers below, Corian-topped vanity and sink with an opening portlight. Medicine cabinet above. Vanity has two lockers and two drawers. Twin lockers have been designed to access a huge amount of storage available from under the salon settee. Electric toilet and separate stall shower, two opening ports and a locker over the head.
The Guest Stateroom is in the port hull aft with queen berth, double hanging locker over a three-drawer chest with adjacent locker. Three opening ports with screens and Peek-A-Boo shades. Mattress with 2-inch memory foam topper.
Guest Head: Features electric toilet, Corian topped vanity and sink, separate stall shower, mirror and medicine cabinet.
Cockpit: Settee to starboard, L-shaped settee to port, raised twin leather helm seats. The cockpit table is perfect for cocktails but expands to seat 8 for dinner! Sliding chart table slides out for easy access from the navigator's chair. This is a very comfortable cockpit that is fully enclosed by sunshades, Isenglass and screens. There are also two 12-volt fans.

Broker's Comments
If you're ready to do "The Loop" then "Last Resort" sure is too! Maintained to perfection by her original owners, she is as close to a "10" as you will ever see. All the necessary "bells and whistles" to cruise comfortably and safely. If you haven't considered a TrawlerCat, you definitely should take a look at "Last Resort". You'll soon see why "different" is catching on!
