Accommodations
Immediately upon stepping into the spacious salon of "Kalmar", you know that the hundreds of hours deliberating her custom design were well spent. She was finished throughout with high gloss African Cherry woodwork and cabinetry and nicely mated with flawless teak and holly flooring.

The Bridge Deck offers 360 degree vistas from the helm, galley, and salon. One can easily imagine cruising to far away ports safely and comfortably in a warm and inviting atmosphere. From full forward the unique layout begins incorporating a spacious galley into the lower helm station. This allows the chef of the family to share in the magnificent vista while doing the cooking in the gourmet galley. The abundance of storage makes for easy cruising as you have ample room for all your land based gourmet goodies.
The helm station offers flip-top chart storage with double door cabinetry under that opens to a voluminous 7' X 7' storage compartment. The visibility from the helm is excellent with a stern facing camera providing "backing up" assistance. All electronics as well as the ship's systems are at the fingertips of the helmsperson.
Aft and down one step from the galley is the salon with entertainment center and built-in leather couch on the starboard side. Ample storage abounds. Two Rattan couches with matching chairs, end tables, and cocktail table provide plenty of seating in comfortable surroundings with great vistas anywhere you look. Eight foot massive polished stainless steel and etched glass doors provide access to the covered 9' X 15' aft teak deck. There are wing doors to port and starboard. Additional rattan chairs and coffee table for leisurely morning coffee. Large dining table with built-in cushioned seating (storage under). Port and starboard doors lead to the swim platform. Stairs to the Flybridge are starboard.

Hardtop Flybridge - An absolutely commanding view allows for ease of navigation. All electronics are at your fingertips as well as all systems necessary to properly run the yacht. Comfortable helm seat, wet bar with ice maker, L-shaped seating for six around a fixed fiberglass table. Easy access to the aft dinghy storage and nautical structure crane.

Below Deck Accomodations - Amidships master stateroom, captain's office, and forward guest stateroom are reached via an elegant curved stairwell on the starboard side of the bridge. The aft guest stateroom and heavily insulated engine room are reached from a curved stairwell aft in the salon. Amidship Master Suite - Walk around queen centerline berth, his & hers double cedar lined hanging lockers, built-in dressing lounge with cabinetry above and storage under, mirrored headboard with integral night stands each side, L-shaped vanity to port with expansive cabinetry over and under, built-in bureau with four drawers and two cabinets. Ensuite head with corian topped vanity with his/hers sinks, gold fixtures, double wood trimmed mirrored medicine cabinets, spa jacuzzi tub with shower and enclosure, and Vacuflush head. Dedicated climate control system.
Captain's Office - Located forward of the master suite on the starboard side. The computer room is private and has a U-shaped desk area with cabinetry above and below. Adjacent library shelving with locker under. Guest head is accessible from hallway door.
Forward Guest Stateroom - Private suite with private access to ensuite head. Twin bed berths to port and starboard, locker storage above, storage cabinetry under, twin cedar lined lockers. Guest head has corian topped vanity, gold fixtures, mirrored medicine cabinet, and separate stall shower with seat and enclosure.
Aft Guest Stateroom - Virtually a mirror of the master suite less the Jacuzzi tub (your guests would never leave!) Walkaround centerline double berth with mirrored headboard, dressing seat/lounge to port with storage under, hullside cabinetry, nightstands. There is exceptional storage on each side of the berth, make-up vanity to starboard, hullside cabinets with two drawers and two lockers under, double cedar lined lockers.
