The 38 Express is designed for the serious offshore fisherman while keeping in mind the comfort of family and crew. The "Fishing Platform" offers 200 sq. feet of cockpit with two large in-deck fish boxes, built-in tackle centers plus a large transom fish box bait well. Just up from the cockpit is the centerline helm, L-shaped guest seating to port, and a navigators helm set to starboard. The comfortable "yacht quality" interior is three steps down with cherry wood cabinetry and trim. Dinette to port which converts to a double berth and the well appointed galley to starboard. The private head is forward of the dinette and features a VacuFlush head, vanity with sink, and separate stall shower with enclosure. The master queen berth is athwartships forward and is surrounded by cabinetry, shelving, and a hanging locker.
