Accommodations
Overview
Sleeps six in three staterooms. The aft Master Stateroom has an island king bed and ensuite head and shower. Salon level has a gourmet galley aft to be near the Aft Deck dining area. Steps down from the main salon lead forward to the full private VIP stateroom with centerline double berth and ensuite head with shower access. Adjacent and to starboard is the third guest cabin with upper and lower full length twin berths.
Aft Deck
Every boat that's "loved" seems to have a "soul" and Lo Kee's can be found on her spacious Aft Deck. Here you can sit and relax in heated or air conditioned comfort while taking in the sights and sounds of the harbor. Surrounded by tinted side windows and sun shaded Strataglass, this is the perfect spot for cocktails or a dinner party for eight. A carpeted floor and casual but elegant furnishings surround a beautiful mahogany fold-out Hi-Lo Table. A wet bar area provides ample storage with a compartment below, three lockers above, and an adjacent 220V Splendide Washer/Dryer. A stern door leads from the Aft Deck, down a molded staircase, to the cockpit, making docking simpler in any conditions.
Cockpit
Here you will find door access to the aft master stateroom and a cockpit shower. A transom door leads to the swim platform with removable dive ladder. A dinghy with outboard hangs from custom davits, providing simple deployment and retrieval.
Bridge
Up three steps from the Aft Deck, the Bridge has a dedicated heating and air conditioning system, carpeted floor, three helm chairs with cushions, plenty of cushioned guest seating with storage below, a Hi-Lo dining/cocktail table, and two overhead hatches. A power assist glass forward opening windshield has three wipers with fresh water spray. The Bridge is fully enclosed by the glass windshield and a 2009 Strataglass enclosure with U-zips and sunshades.
Master Stateroom
Located aft, it is everything a Master Stateroom should be; warm, spacious, and inviting. Your king size walk around berth is surrounded by rich cherry wood cabinetry. Hanging lockers and drawer space abound. Carpeting has been placed over the teak and holly sole. Decorator fabrics complete "the look". An ensuite head includes a Corian topped vanity, mirrored sidewalls, and enclosed shower stall with seat. A door to the cockpit provides light, ventilation and egress. This stateroom has its own dedicated heat and air conditioning system.
Salon
An L-shaped couch/settee with voluminous storage and an icemaker cabinet line the port side of the Salon. A beautiful Hi-Lo Cherry table with fold-out leaves works well for that intimate dinner party. To starboard you will find the TV/Entertainment center featuring a Bose surround sound audio system, CD player, DVD, and satellite receiver. Two comfortable chairs are separated by a well proportioned wood computer desk with printer storage under. Working from "home" has never been so much fun! The view is spectacular with screened opening windows with wood-look vinyl blinds.
VIP Guest Stateroom
Fully forward you will find this beautiful centerline double berthed stateroom. The walk-around berth is surrounded by 19 lockers plus drawer storage, a round overhead hatch with sun cover and screen for natural light, a mirrored forward bulkhead, TV hutch and a large hanging locker. Like the rest of the interior, there is beautiful cherry wood cabinetry with burl wood flat surface inlays. The VIP Stateroom has a dedicated heat and air conditioning system and carpet over teak and holly flooring. There is private access to the guest head with Corian topped vanity and sink, separate enclosed shower with seat, portlight, and two lockers plus linen storage. Your guests will never want to leave!
Guest Cabin
Two over/under twin berths (comfortable for adults). Bulkhead mirror over writing desk with storage, hanging locker with compartment above, and drawers under bottom berth. Guest head is opposite to port.
Other Features
Wood inlay accents at shelving and handrails throughout the boat. Teak and holly sole throughout, although most is presently protected by carpeting.
Engine room is spacious and offers easy access to all systems.
Exterior is substantially "teak free" for easy care and maintenance.

Broker Comments/Other Features
If you can find a better 55' Cockpit Motor Yacht at this price (and I definitely don't think you can) I suggest you buy it immediately. "Lo Kee" is the best equipped, best kept CPMY on the market today. If after your personal inspection you disagree...I'll buy dinner!
