Accommodations
Guest Quarters & Guest Head
Beginning at the bow we find the spacious guest cabin with offset double berth with dressing seat, hullside shelf surround, hanging locker, two opening ports and large overhead hatch, five drawer storage, huge underberth storage, access to the forward chain locker, and a Weems & Plath Brass Barometer. Next aft to starboard is the head with enclosed shower, Vacu Flush Toilet, Silestone topped vanity w/sink, new Grohe faucet, mirrored overhead, medicine cabinet, ample cabinetry, and new shower handle set.
Galley
Up three steps is the portside galley which is open to the main salon so you will not be isolated from your guests while enjoying a sense of spaciousness that rivals many home kitchens.
Salon
Up one step to the spacious and well appointed salon. Initially it is from here that you begin to appreciate the fine satin finished teak joinery that is to be found throughout the yacht. "Elegant" is best used to describe the interior woodwork. The lower helm is found to starboard with deck doors to "both" port and starboard. Comfortable helm seat with icemaker under, breakfast bar overlooking the galley, L-shaped settee with teak & glass hi-lo table, captains chair to starboard adjacent to the entertainment center with bulkhead mounted flat screen TV (swivels to be seen from master stateroom aft), bookshelves, and cabinetry below.
Master Stateroom & Master Head
Down three steps from the salon brings you to the private master stateroom with centerline queen berth featuring a New 2009 Never Slept On Custom Mattress. This stateroom evokes elegance with its beautiful teak cabinetry, make-up vanity, eight drawers, sixteen cabinets, and Home Size closets. A built-in Splendide Washer/Dryer with storage above completes this room. The ensuite bath with Silestone topped vanity & sink, separate stall shower with enclosure, ample cabinetry, and VacuFlush toilet creates a Master Stateroom in the finest sense of the word.
Bridge
Fully enclosed with twin helm chairs, L-shaped portside settee with storage under, easy care fiberglass dining table for six, day cooler, overhead rod racks, and voluminous storage under the well appointed helm.

Brokers Comments
We are proud to list this "No Apologies" Yacht. From her sparkling topsides to her elegant teak interior she represents what most boats only strive to be. Add to that her complement of well thought out cruising gear and you have a yacht that is capable and comfortable. The current owner is moving up to a substantially larger Ocean Alexander which is well equipped thereby making Maranatha available with a full list of equipment and many extras. Whether "Doing the Loop" or "Island Hopping the Caribbean" this is the yacht for you.
Maranatha and dinghy are the only assets of a Maryland LLC and the membership interests are available for sale in the event a buyer is interested.
