Broker's Comments
Drambuie has been carefully maintained by the owner. New systems have been added or upgraded to enhance the cruise ready condition. The owner has been diligent at regular maintenance. In fact this is one of the best maintained Island Packets I have been aboard. A diver has regularly cleaned the bottom and the bottom paint maintained. All exterior woodwork has been stripped and re-varnished and is in excellent condition. All original equipment manuals are onboard. Drambuie represents an outstanding value on a great cruising boat. As part of the owner's efforts to insure the boat is in good condition, he just had the boat surveyed by well known and respected surveyor, Rob Eberle. This survey is available for your review.
