Accommodations
The spacious Salon (16??? X 10???) is the focal point of this fine yacht, with fine teak finished walls and trim. It has a teak parquet floor and custom area rugs. An entertainment center with drawers and cabinets is located forward port with cabinets forward starboard. Liquor bar is located aft port. The salon has been recently re-decorated. Furniture includes 2 upholstered swivel barrel chairs to port, a full size upholstered pull out sleeper sofa with rattan coffee table/storage unit and large recliner and storage cabinet to starboard. Window treatments include tapestry covered panels over forward insulated windows with matching insulated custom cordless Levelor shades on all side windows and the aft door. The salon sofa sleeps two.
The Aft Stateroom has a centerline queen bed, three hanging lockers, and is surrounded on both sides with storage cabinets and drawers. The en-suite head has a tub/shower, sink and household style freshwater flush quiet electric toilet with Lectra/san sewage treatment plant. The aft stateroom has recently been re-decorated with new insulated window shades, bedspread and custom bound carpet providing access to bilge hatches.
The Galley is down forward starboard and is outfitted with a 22 cu ft Kenmore refrigerator/freezer, Magic Chef microwave oven, coffee maker and 3 burner Empress range with oven and double stainless sink located in an L-shaped Formica top cabinet.
A booth style dinette seating five is located to port across from galley and is surrounded with storage cabinets. Storage is also provided in both upholstered dinette seats. The dinette with table down sleeps two.
The forward stateroom has V-berths with custom spreads and a large dry storage area beneath; a hanging locker is to starboard and four storage drawers below berths. The forward head w/shower is located to port with entrance doors from the forward stateroom and the galley area. The forward head also contains a Jabsco household style fresh water quiet flush electric head.
The aft sundeck has a hardtop w/stainless steel safety rail, full enclosure and aft sunscreen, 4 teak chairs and 2 teak end tables/seats new 2007 and a granite top custom cabinet with teak louvered doors which houses a Bosh washing machine new 2009 and separate Whirlpool dryer new 2007. The sun deck is covered with custom bound carpeting new 2006.
The very large enclosed fly bridge (15??? X 11???) has seating for 8 on port and starboard Sunbrella upholstered bench seats with storage below. The deck is carpeted with custom bound carpeting matching that on the sundeck new 2006. The helm seat (seats 2) contains a large storage cabinet with double louvered doors below. In addition to the helm station, the fly bridge also contains a refrigerator, teak end tables and storage baskets.
