Accommodations
The Catalina 36 is well known for it's spacious two-stateroom layout. She has 6'3" of headroom. Forward is a large (wider & longer than a fitted king) V-Berth with filler that makes a private cabin with hanging locker, drawers, book shelves, and ample storage cabinets. Next aft to port is an extra large head with a separate shower area w/seat, sink w/vanity, and lots of storage. To starboard is a chest of 4 drawers, hanging locker, and a vanity/TV shelf. The main salon features a large dinette to port that seats six comfortably with storage below and behind. The table converts to a large double berth or "playpen" for adults. To starboard there are twin built-in chairs separated by a cocktail table with storage beneath and behind (converts to a settee/sea berth). Next aft is the spacious galley to port and dedicated nav station w/navigators chair to starboard. Full aft is a large double berth that provides sitting and/or sleeping accomodations.

Broker's Comments
"Miller Time" is a Racer's Cruising Boat and has seen more than her share of racing trophies as well as having launched many a party when cruising. Truly a double duty boat that can please both the skipper and first mate.
Seller is down sizing and is realistic and motivated.
