Accommodations The Union 32 has a classic offshore proven layout and a beautifully crafted teak interior. Standing headroom is 6'2" and there is considerable storage space throughout. All teak cabinet doors are louvered for ventilation. Hullsides are lined with teak staving, even inside cabinets and lockers. All interior wood is finished with a satin varnish. Ventilation is excellent with ten opening ports and two large hatches, all with screens. Additionally four dorade vents keep below decks fresh. Full forward is the chain locker followed by an oversized V-berth with filler, four hullside lockers, shelving to port and starboard, hanging locker, and three drawers under the berth. Next aft to port is the head with stainless steel sink, vanity, three lockers, drawer storage, mirrored bulkhead, and a teak shower grate. Across to starboard is a storage locker that has been outfitted with shelves. The salon has a settee to starboard with two lockers over and a cubbie between. To port is a lazy "L" settee with matching cabinetry. There is abundant storage outboard of each settee. Galley next aft to port. Dedicated nav station to starboard with flip top chart table and three cubbies for storage along with ample future electronics space. Next aft is a single quarterberth. |
