Broker Comments/ Other
Morning Star is priced to sell and will make a comfortable Bahamas cruising boat for her next lucky owner. She has some elevated moisture readings in her decks and some minor cosmetic water damage to the teak surround at the aft companionway, hence her exceptional price. She still represents "A lot of boat for the money" and the "hands on buyer" should be able to set her straight easily.
